yatsuba is a Japanese technique that combines the most traditional ingredients with a modern twist. You can find yatsuba in all sorts of different ways, but the most common way is to use it in a stir-fry. This stir-fry takes the tradition of stir-frying, and makes it a very unique dish where it’s the ingredients that determine the outcome.

One of the ingredients in yatsuba is miso, which is a fermented soybean paste. Miso is often used in miso soups and miso meatballs. When mixed with its complementary ingredients, miso can be used in a wide variety of dishes. One of my favorite things to do with miso is to make a miso soup: miso, soy sauce, and a bit of oil.
