This is my favorite workout when I feel like it. I love the way Ellenwood pushes you to your limit, but if you’re not ready for that, then you’ll be pushed too far. You’ll have yourself a good time working out, but you’re not ready. If you’re ready for your workout to leave your body, then you can work out whenever you want.
The workout routine works for me everytime because I get into a rhythm with it. I can work out for an hour, and then take a few minutes to catch my breath and reset. After I take a break I can go back and do it again. I find this to be really beneficial because it forces me to use my body in a way I wouldn’t have done otherwise. I have tried a lot of different workouts and found that my favorite is usually a combination of two or three.

It’s always a good idea to try something a bit different. You can always switch it up and try something else.
