As a newly single mom, I’ve had to learn to juggle all the responsibilities that come with being single mom. The most stressful part of being a single mom is probably finding a new job. After all, there are only so many hours in the day! I had a job interview last week and I was so nervous about it that I didn’t eat for 3 hours straight.

So now Ive got two jobs. One is a job I love and that pays well and is pretty flexible, while the other is something I hate and that isnt any better. Ive learned to be okay with the second job, because it pays better and doesnt have all of the stresses that being a single mom is going to bring. But Ive also learned that it is not for everyone, and that no matter what you do, it is not for everyone.

I think the fact that we’re all here so late, this week in particular, is one of the reasons I’m so happy to be working here at The Good Men Project. I am so stoked about the work that we do, and that we are able to turn on a dime and deliver what we promise. I am stoked, and I hate that everyone is going to be leaving before I do.

We do love our current staff. I’ve been doing this job for over 3 years and have met and worked with most of you guys. So I would be lying if I said it hasn’t been an adjustment, but we are all coming together as a team. We are all working on different things, but I can honestly say that I am proud to be part of this great team.

I’ve been working for this company for over 3 years. I have been a team member for 6 of those years. I worked on 3 of those projects. I did the research, and the writing, and the editing. I did all of the production work on 3 of those projects. When we were told to leave I was devastated, but like most of the rest of you, I was able to overcome my personal issues and work as part of this wonderful team on other projects.

I’m so excited to be working with you, and I hope you guys are too. I hope we can all be a part of something special together.

I always thought that the people on JHS’s team were the coolest. But then, I began to see them in action. I mean, it’s been three years since we were told we were going to be part of this amazing team. I’m so excited to be working with you guys. This past week the team has had a lot of press, including a huge write up in the Chicago Tribune. But the team’s biggest news is that they’ve been invited to attend the Chicago Cubs Spring Training games in Arizona, where they will play the Cubs for the first time since 2008.

Well I have to admit I was not a fan of the Cubs team in the past, but I am a Cubs fan now. I like their new stadium, their famous players, and their exciting new team. I hate to say this, but the team needs to make some strategic changes. I think we were a little too loud in the past towards the Cubs. I think they need to put a lot more thought into their marketing strategy. They need to start with the fans.
