My advice is to make a list of all of your favorite things, and then put it on the refrigerator. What’s on that refrigerator? What things are on it? Are there things you’re excited about? You can also use a standing position that is kind of like a squat, but more like a walk.
So that’s basically it. If you want to get really more intense, you can also do some full body workouts where you do full-body squats and deadlifts. And of course, the best thing about this workout, besides the fact that you can’t die, is the fact that you can get that much more into your routine. A lot of people really like to do cardio, but that can be hard with all the other things we have to do all the time.
