The pilates ball exercises are great to do because they can be done anywhere you have access to a gym. This includes home, but you can also do them outside if you don’t have access to a gym or have a big yard with lots of space to park it.
I’m going to be honest here; you can do both while still working out. I’ll leave the details of how you do pilates ball exercises until part 2 of this piece because I have a lot of them to write about and I want to make sure I cover the basics. I want to make sure that you understand the basics.

It was the only way to get stronger and tone up my whole body without having to worry about a man. For me, Pilates is not only a great exercise, but a great tool to help me feel better and look better.
