Its simplicity makes it easy for people (like me) to do, and once you start, you don’t have to think too hard about how much weight you need to lift, or when to pedal and when to sit on your pedals.
Jensens workout is so simple that it takes less than a minute to get into it. Its really just taking a regular, normal bike and riding it. You can do this exercise anywhere. As long as youre sitting down, in a chair, or on the floor, you can do this workout without even knowing it. One of the best things about this workout is that it’s so easy to do.
While it’s true that you can do this workout anywhere, you do seem to have to sit down. Of course, there are many other ways to get into the same workout.
