The best part about being a ghost isn’t the fact that you’re a ghost, it’s the fact that you’re a ghost being in shape.
The biggest complaint about ghost workouts is that they’re not real, so if you’re going to do something that isn’t real, you damn sure better be real, right? Well, not just real, but actually good. For ghost workouts to be really good, they need to involve running, which makes them a little boring, but they also need to involve strength training, which is just as much fun, but not quite as much.

The first time I ever did one I was dead on my feet, but I had a friend who did it on a treadmill, who I knew didn’t look good at the end. I think the Ghost trainer is a unique workout in that it’s really good for all kinds of exercise. It’s a good workout for people who want to do more than just sit in front of a screen and type with their thoughts, as well as people who want to train their minds and bodies simultaneously. I think this is a good workout for you if you have a hard time with working out.
It doesn’t seem like there’s any specific type of workout that Ghost trainers are good for, but the Ghost trainer is perfect for people who want to work out with their thoughts and get some great cardio and core work. That includes anyone who wants to work out more than just sitting on the couch watching TV, like myself.
