Will how long does it take to install central air Ever Rule the World?

In the world of real estate agents, they have this all-time-high of 5 to 7 minutes to get an agent to show you the house. That’s because they have to give the agent a time frame, as well as a space, to put the house on the market.
In the real world, the actual process of getting an agent to show you a house can take a lot longer. In most states, it can take at least 3 to 4 hours. If you’re in Florida, you might be able to get an agent to show you the house in 30 minutes, but in CA, it can take up to 8 hours.
That being said, the real estate agent will have to do a lot of legwork. For instance, they should have to physically go in and interview the owner to see if they’re willing to sell the home. They have to go back to the county assessor to see if they can get the home appraised at $/sqft. They have to visit the home to see if the home has any structural defects.
Oh, and they have to go back to the appraiser to see if the home has any exterior defects.
That being said, it does seem that CA is a very complex state. There are many different laws and codes and requirements, so even if you hire someone to do the work your home is going to need a lot of paperwork.
The cost of installing central air is very reasonable. When the home is complete you’ll need to pay a $50 deposit and an additional $50 if you want to install a central air. Just be sure to call the county appraiser and let them know that you’re wanting to install central air. They’ll tell you how much it will cost and how much you’ll be charged.
So if you want to install central air, it will cost you around $900. You can always add a couple of days to this or add a couple of weeks to that. However, if you want to install central air and you call the county, theyll tell you how much youll have to pay.
If you call the county you will be charged more but you will be able to add a few days to the price. If you call the county and don’t have the money to pay, you would have to wait at least a couple of months for a fee to be assessed.
I’d rather pay a few hundred dollars to have to wait than a few hundred dollars to not have to wait.
In the end we still prefer to call the local utility, because theyre really fair with some exceptions. Its not uncommon for them to charge more to a customer than the same amount the utility would charge if it was called. It may also be because the utility knows how to install central air. They may be able to install central air for less than you would pay if you called the county.
