15 Terms Everyone in the haru uws Industry Should Know

This Japanese-style dish is a classic and one of my favorite ways to incorporate some of my favorite seasonal ingredients into the Japanese food culture.

It’s the same reason that I don’t like using green peppers in my cooking. The bright green peppers give off an overpowering, distracting flavor that doesn’t allow me to create a dish that I like. When I started experimenting with using the haru uws, I was able to create dishes that weren’t overpowering and had a little more flavor, which is what I was really looking for.

I have an allergy to most green pepper varieties, so I had to avoid the green peppers that are usually prevalent in most Japanese dishes. As a result, I was careful to use the haru uws only in recipes where I could use green peppers. A few months ago, I had a chance to try a new dish from the company’s Flavor of Japan line. It’s called Haru Uws, which is a combination of the Japanese words “haru” (green) and “uws” (black rice). The black rice contains more of the fiber from the rice, which helps make the haru uws a lighter dish.
