This is the pre-workout that can kick-start your abs, burn fat, and get you ready for your next workout. I’m not saying you should never drink water, but this is a must. And I am willing to bet that this is good for your metabolism.
I think the pre-workout is pretty safe stuff. I just can’t say it’s the best workout ever.

A pre-workout is basically a little warmup run before your workout.
