How to Master getting wifi in apartment in 6 Simple Steps
blog Feb 13, 2022
This is my favorite way to get wifi in my apartment. I’ve been living on my own for the past year and I have many times found myself sitting in my apartment apartment, the wifi signal was strong, but the signal strength wasn’t exactly what I was looking for. I’ve just always found myself getting frustrated with this, but I’ve been using the app to connect to the internet at my apartment.
I found this app on my phone. It’s called Tether, and it works like an app that allows you to tether your Android phone to the internet to share internet connection to your laptop/desktop. The app has a lot of features, but if you just follow the directions, you’ll be able to connect to the internet.
Tether is a free app, so you can actually sign up for it to give you unlimited internet access right from your phone without paying any subscription fees. In fact, we tried it twice. The first time we used the app to connect to the internet, and it worked, but we were unable to get any internet access on our laptop or computer. We got the same result the next time. We don’t know if it could be a bug or if there was a way to fix it.
Well, we have to figure out what the issue is. Tether is just a free app, it has nothing to do with the wifi in our apartment. It would be nice if it had some sort of option to let you know where you are and how long it will take to connect, but that would be a lot of work for something that would only be used for a few minutes at a time.
We’ve been having some connectivity issues with our apartment as of late. We had the same problem last week. Now we decided to ask for help on the internet forums for our apartment. We did a search and it turns out that we’re not the only ones having a problem. We are not the only ones who have this problem. We’re pretty sure that it happens to others as well.
It might be that the ISP has a limit on how much data they can send to the client, so its connection drops for a lot of minutes at a time. However, were not able to find any evidence of that.
Another possible cause is that the apartment has a wireless internet connection. If that’s the case, the connection drops, then it takes a while to find the wifi signal again.
A few apartments that we’ve checked have had wifi working in the apartments for a couple months now. Many others have had no luck in the past. So again, we’re not the only ones having a problem.
At the end of the day our solution to the wifi problem is to change the password on the wifi router. The wifi router uses the MAC address of the client, so if the wifi router is set to a different MAC address than the client, it will be useless.
