For example, if I am in a very positive mood, I might think about the fact that I want to buy a new sofa, or I might think about how much money I have to spend on my new TV. This is because when I am very positive my mood is one of hope and excitement. If I am in a negative mood, I might think about how I am going to make me some money, or how I am going to spend it.

This is why it is so important to be aware of our moods. What you are going to do, what you are going to say, what you are going to do, what you are going to say. How you feel, how your mood, how your mood is going to be. Also, how you feel when you have a good mood is going to be what people will remember about you, so be mindful of that.
