A good workout is not doing anything. If you want to do something for the next couple hours, do that. If you want to do nothing for the next couple hours, do nothing at all. This is sort of the opposite of working out, which is usually a good thing.
Once you’re back to normal, you’ll probably be a little less likely to get bored, but I’d still advise you to go at least one day a week. This will give you a better idea of what you’re doing at your peak fitness level.
