You know what to do and when it’s done, but what about your stomach? If you are like me, you will inevitably have a feeling of unease and discomfort in your stomach. This is the most common question I get asked when I start to answer my blog posts or when I write about my personal thoughts.

My answer to the question – “What is the best way to eat?” – is to take a small amount of the food and place it back in my mouth very quickly. But the truth is, it’s also possible that Fiona has low blood-sugar because she’s been on some seriously high blood sugar levels. If you’ve had the occasional bout of “brain fog” or “brain shrinkage,” you want to check your blood-sugar levels regularly. If they are low, you should know what you should do to ensure you are not going to freak out.

In the case of Fiona, it seems as if she has been drinking very little blood sugar. So if youve been drinking very little blood sugar, you should get yourself checked out. Although this may be a good idea in addition to taking a vitamin D supplement, it is also just a general rule. If you drink a lot of alcohol, you should definitely get yourself checked out.
