I started this week with some chetto workouts for the first time. I had an extremely hard day last week and was so excited for some more time to do something about it. For many people, the thought of working out is about as intimidating as it sounds. In fact, when I first heard about the chetto workout, I thought I would take a break from working out completely. When I started working out, I was very skeptical.
The workouts are simple if not painful. The idea of working out is to move your limbs as fast as possible. I’ve been known to run three miles in half an hour with only a handful of muscles in the body and I was really curious how that was going to feel.
Well, I’ll admit that I was a little skeptical too, but after a few weeks I was hooked. The chetto workouts are surprisingly intense because they require the body to have a lot of muscle mass. I was surprised to see how much body it took to make those movements. I’ve only used the workouts once and I can say I’ve never felt more powerful and muscular.
Cheating is one of those things that seems to have a ton of controversy and is often taken as a bad thing. A lot of people are upset by it for obvious reasons, but the truth is cheating is a healthy way to work out. Whether you cheat to look good, cheat to get rich quick, or cheat for the thrill of it, cheating is necessary to build muscle mass, burn calories, and perform some of the more important cardio exercise.
The key to cheating is being consistent. It’s not cheating, it’s just exercising. And it’s about time we had more people who actually know what they’re doing.
Cheating is a healthy way to exercise. The only problem is that you rarely see people cheating with the purpose of getting good results. Cheating is a tool to get in shape, but it should be done for the right reasons so the end results can be good.
The secret to cheating is that it works without any effort. Just because you are cheating doesn’t mean that you are not exercising. You don’t have to lift anything heavy in order to cheat. If you are just doing dumb cardio exercises then you might as well not cheat if you don’t have to do it. But if you are doing it for the purpose of gaining muscle and burning calories, then you are probably cheating and will need to do it a little more carefully.
This week we saw that people who cheat have been seen exercising more than usual. This is because when you cheat, you are doing it to gain muscle, not just to lose fat. If you are exercising for the wrong reasons, you will end up gaining weight and not losing it. And that is something that the body hates.
This week’s cheat was on a diet. It involved taking a week’s worth of cheat meals and eating three of them for three days so that you could stick to the diet alone. If you cheat with the purpose of losing fat, then you will definitely end up gaining weight, so it’s good that you are doing it to lose fat and not gaining it. You could even cheat to gain muscle and burn calories and end up gaining weight.
As you could guess, I was eating cheat meals for three days. I was keeping an eye on my weight because I didn’t want to gain any more, so I needed to stay within my limits. That way I could lose a bit more and still be within my limit, but I wasn’t gaining weight.
