It may sound like an obvious answer, but in a way it is. And it turns out that it is an obvious answer that is often overlooked. When we see people working out, we often think that it is because they are doing so to lose weight or get in shape. They are simply exercising to get in shape or lose weight. But it is quite possible that they are just exercising because they are in a hurry.

It is possible that they might be exercising because they are hoping to lose weight or get in shape. But it is also possible that they are just exercising because it feels good. But there is no rule that says that exercise must be fun. They are exercising because it feels good.

I can totally see people exercising for the sake of exercising. Or they might be exercising even though they are not trying to get in shape. But they are exercising because it feels good.

The idea that a person can exercise or not exercise is very subjective. It can be defined by whether or not someone feels good about it. But as an exercise, it can either feel good or not. This is especially true of something that is not fun. Like a workout that makes you feel good.

With that being said, I can definitely see why people might want to exercise. It is good for you. It is good for your body to lose weight and get fit. It is good for your psyche to get out of bed in the morning. But when it comes to exercise, it is all about getting in shape because that is what the exercise is for. You are going to lose weight, you are going to get fit.
