As the population grows, these suburbs get bigger.

So what’s going on in the new suburbs? It’s always about the population. There is always a housing bubble. The real estate boom (and bust) has a lot to do with population growth. People are out of work and getting ready for a vacation, and they build these new suburban communities. But there is something else going on.

When people build new communities, they often build new towns. What they don’t realize is that this causes the existing towns to become smaller. So what happens is the surrounding towns grow and expand, but the new towns don’t get the jobs and amenities they need, so they move on.
