How to Sell baby sleep cues to a Skeptic

Baby sleep cues, also called parental sleep cues or lullabies, is a method of increasing sleep and reducing stress among babies. This is not something that your baby should be afraid of, it’s something you can use to encourage your baby to fall asleep sooner and get more rest. This is the kind of sleep that will help you get through the next day and get to bed on time.
The best sleep tips I have found are basically this: Put your baby on the baby sleep aid, and then put him in his crib.

The baby will automatically fall asleep when he feels the need to and he will probably be a bit tired in the morning. And then when you are done with your day, you can put your baby in his crib or high chair and then have a nice cup of tea or coffee.

And if you put him in a crib, he might fall asleep just as quick. But if you put him on a high chair and put him in a crib, your baby may fall asleep right away, and it might be a bit longer for him.

The idea is that the lullaby will wake him up when he falls asleep, so he’ll never be tempted to doze off to that time of day again. But if you’re not listening to the radio or have other distractions, your baby is at risk for the same sleep cue he’s got now.
