The baby frog leg position is a great way to get your body to feel a little bit lighter and more like you are in the moment. I’m not sure if this is a good position for fall asleep, but it’s great for lying down or lying on someone. You can’t fall asleep with it on because of the friction, but it does give you a nice way to fall asleep at the same time, with no worries.
