I’ve been pregnant and post-pregnancy a couple of times. I think I was always more aware of my body and my feelings, but I still felt out of control. I’ve had a lot of belly flab as I have been pregnant and post-pregnancy.
It sucks. People who are in shape and in shape and pregnant (or post-pregnant) are often perceived as unhealthy and out to get them. If you are pregnant or post-pregnant and you are “healthy” like you’re supposed to be, you are not going to get “stuck” like a pregnant person is. You will be able to get out of your head.

Self-awareness is what makes us aware of the fact that we’re experiencing pain, and just like in any relationship, if we are unaware of that, we cannot help but to feel that pain. And when you are in pain, you need to do all you can to help yourself.
