A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of working with a very talented fitness model and entrepreneur, Lauren from Fitness Girl. Lauren, a former professional athlete and fitness model, is now a yoga instructor, fitness expert, and yoga coach. She is a motivational speaker, nutrition expert, motivational coach, life coach, and has a passion for changing lives through fitness and nutrition.
